Please be aware of the following. Jorge Diaz Flores (Mexican citizen w/ passport number 08360001888) and Francisco Enriquez Ramos (Mexican citizen w/ passport number 06260050013) have been soliciting the hypothecation of a Venezuelan bond. The bond, ISIN USP17625AB33 in the amount of $2B is indeed good. But, their claim of ownership is not. Jorge Diaz Flores, claiming to have received the right of ownership from Francisco Enriquez Ramos, which by the way, Mr. Francisco Enriquez Ramos claims he received this payment directly from the Central Bank of Venezuela, for "work he provided to the government of Venezuela!!". ALL the documents presented (BCV declarations and Euroclear Print-Out) are fake. The biggest mistakes are these: 1. Eudomar Tovar is not the Vice-President Manager of BCV. On June 20, 2014 Mr. Tovar received the title of DIRECTOR. 2. Nelson Merentes does not sign bank declarations for the benefit of a Mexican citizen (Jorge Diaz Flores). 3. An individual can not be a client of any central bank. Jorge Diaz Flores, DOB: 10.14.1978 has been warned to cease passing these fake documents. If any of you receive a request for hypothecation (monetization), please enter in contact with us ( UKIPAMANAGEMENT@GMAIL.COM) so we can notify BCV's fraud division. Thank you. And, best wishes to one and all.

UPDATE: Jorge Diaz Flores continues to submit his fake documents to as many potential investors, as time will allow him.
This man does not care that his documents are fake. He is desperate for money and will do anything in his power to try and fool some poor investment firm.
Shame on Mr. Jorge Diaz Flores!

For the fool who funded a fraudulent package (which I do not believe it was the case). Dario Andrade: Banks are not fools. There is no way a bank would not conduct due diligence on the fake documents. The signatures on the documents are faked (I know, BCV denied ever issuing such declarations). The Euroclear Jorge presented consisted of various blunders, making the print-out worthless. And, if Jorge Diaz "concluded the transaction", how come "he is looking for a trade"?
Aren't you aware that hypothecation and repo agreements go hand in hand? And, please don't tell me that he "sold" the bond. The bond was not his to sell. Period.Your comments are full of red flags which tells me, "that you are an inexperienced broker hoping for a payout, which will never come." "Jajaja" indeed. Note: "Jajajaja" is equivalent to "hahahaha" (Dario Andrade is obviously Hispanic).

bond ended up on my desk, the problems were obvious within minutes, no deal here, funny thing after rejecting, the Central Bank warned me that the file is flagged and not available, but that they had others. Doing a lot of business with V and frankly 99.9% of proposals coming from the market are fake. Not sure why they think it would work; compliance checks will always kill such proposals.

Not only the issued mentioned by you. But, also: 1. How did Jorge get this bond? Obviously he did not buy it. Hence, why is he capable of selling something he does not own. 2. How on earth will he be able to justify to any bank the huge amount of the sale? Jorge is not qualified to receive anything above $100,000 USD in his bank account. A paymaster will also have a horrible time explaining the nature of this alleged banking transaction. Therefore, as common sense has it, Mr. Dario Andrade thinks that we are ignorant people and his BS will pass without anyone questioning it.

UPDATE:
I just got word that, Jorge Diaz Flores, is asking for $300K to cover the SWIFT MT760.
I guess Dario Andrade was premature with his story of success.

Evening Lear12000,
Thanks for sharing that information and to all previous posters on Jorge Diaz Flores. The same Bond ISIN USP7807HAQ85 landed on my desk a few days ago: While this is live on Euroclear non of the other reference numbers stack up, never mind the fabrication of the reports and documents.
This came to me via an intermediary. Named Yona Tal who claimed to be a trader with full authority to act on Jorge Diaz Flores (Grupo Famidi S.A. DE CV) behalf..
Details to be careful of any of you stumble across them: Name: Jorge Diaz Flores Passport Number: G38162221 Issued: Mexico Expiry: 25/06/2030 E-mail: Grupofamidisa@gmail.com
Name: Yona Tal Passport Number: 23978987 Issued: Israeli Expiry: 10/11/2022 E-mail: Tradingtal123@gmail.com
A potential innocent party in this is the alleged recipient; A company called Salomon Werner Hab Privee Fiduciaire, who on light screening are actually doing some decent humanitarian projects.
More than happy to share the details of the documents I have with this forum; so the can be passed to the relevant fraud teams. I intend first to report and expose the details to local authorities here in the UK (just process really so i am doing the right thing) and happy to add to an existing web-blog focused on exposing known fraudulent parties. I believe there is another Bond in circulation relative to these parties and still determining if Yona Tal has slapped his name (and copy and pasted details) on something he should not have.
Hope this information is useful and of interest.

Hey ,
No worries all good in our side, once I show the doc to my compliance officer he start laughing. These people are so complicated to do a bond deal which is so easy to accomplish (legal, infrastructure, etc), my friend at JP morgan London says they get at least 5 fake ones a day.
Best,
Lear12000

Best, Lear12000 I can imagine Lear12000, We had a similar LOL response when the file landed in our inbox: Attached are some other documents that are doing the rounds for information and if of interest to those that follow this thread. We also have the KYC that Yoni Tal - Tradingtal123@gmail.com has been circulating. Indeed this includes the fabricated Euroclear report and other documents where Yoni Tal claims to be the Sole Beneficiary of the Bond. (assume there are restrictions on what can be posted on here). Cheers
