dony really understand why they want to make all this up, the story is, one of their people contact me with this deal, but the terms is that my company wont do anything untill our local bank clear the money transfer, so in other words, they cant cheat a dollar out from my company or our local bank... what can they profit from this??

also want to know why people want to use KTT? let's say if one want to use KTT to transfer out money, does all morden countires bank still accept it?

actually telex is still used and not only by small third world banks but also in jurisdictions which have put a specific value on a telex and none on an email, its integrated in SWIFT and I believe in Euroclear, its part of the forex trade confirmations and some still prefer it on the handling of specific draw down actions in regards of documentary letters of credit.
The use brokers have in mind when using the word KTT is completely bonkers!

actually telex is still used and not only by small third world banks but also in jurisdictions which have put a specific value on a telex and none on an email, its integrated in SWIFT and I believe in Euroclear, its part of the forex trade confirmations and some still prefer it on the handling of specific draw down actions in regards of documentary letters of credit. The use brokers have in mind when using the word KTT is completely bonkers! thank you for the info, so for example, bank like HSBC still accept it?
