Since Switzerland has adopted the Hague Convention on Trusts they implemented Trusts as possible legal vehicle into the financial and general business community in the form of a seperate entity.
However there are no current Swiss Asset Protection Trust forms, most use Non-Swiss Trusts established in banking and finance in Switzerland.
If you want to use such vehicle in banking in Switzerland it is necessary to engage legal counsel in detail and structuring because there are various open questions and traps for the unsuspecting
Legal Services are expensive in Switzerland but worth the "good night sleep".
Switzerland is not for the unsophisticated investor.
