Credit Net has in courts in Australia been presented as Swiss Bank but their Bills of Exchange have not been accepted as legal tender (http://www.news.com.au/adelaidenow/story/0,22606,21586794-2682,00.html).
The websites are GoDaddy websites, which are owned through a person in Arizona (www.aboer.net). It is not registered as a bank in Switzerland nor anywhere else but seems to be related to a sort of Melchisedek like outfit which deals as a broker through a trust plattform. However no official complaint has been made and so they have not made the list yet
