Cardno Acil is looking to tender for the upcoming Australian Government-funded Africa Partnerships and Capacity Building Facility. We are seeking expressions of interest for potential leadership positions based in Africa. The Facility will provide technical assistance and program support to a range of countries across Africa in a number of technical areas including agriculture, extractive industries governance, water and sanitation, health, public sector management and reform, economic governance, peace keeping and security and private sector development.
Successful applicants will possess the following skills:
- Strong facility management experience;
- Capacity building and partnership development experience;
- Experience working with funding agencies;
- Extensive knowledge and experience of governance institutions and systems in Africa and/or extensive experience in institutional development and human resource development in Africa.
- Monitoring and evaluation experience; and
- Financial management and reporting experience.
