Piercing the Corporate Veil in China: How Did We Get There? Chao Xi Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) - Faculty of Law Journal of Business Law, No. 5, p. 413, 2011 Abstract: This article examines the development of the doctrine of piercing the corporate veil in China, which culminated in the codification of the doctrine in China’s 2005 revised Company Law.
