Dear all,
I have been tasked with analysing potential LP's for two new funds that my firm is raising. In order to strcuture our fund in a way that attracts the right LP's, we must first identify what is it that these LP's are looking for in a fund, and what structure is more beneficial to them.
I therefore wanted to kindly ask you all if you could share some thoughts as to how would you go about identifying what these LP's are looking for and perhaps share a line or two as too how structure of funds change and in which ways. My firm is a VC firm based in Brazil as we seek investment from companies primarily based in the US.
Any tips, hints and thoughts are most welcome.
A warm hug to you all from the southern hemisphere!
Kind Regards,
Stef
