Does anyone have any experience with this platform; seems to be a Craigs List type approach to securities. Once one registers, there are 34 pages of bonds showing.

What is FINDEX?
FINDEX Financial Data Exchange offers a free bulletin board style advertising system where potential sellers and buyers can find partners for a trade of securities.
For illiquid securities, bringing together buyers and sellers can be a tedious process. If listed on a stock exchange, frequently these listings are only "pro forma" without any trade ever happening. Sellers would finally turn to specialized brokers, information systems like Bloomberg or Reuters or e-mail distribution lists to advertise the illiquid securities.
FINDEX Financial Data Exchange offers a convenient way to advertise illiquid securities by bringing buyers and sellers together
*Securities which are traded with liquidity on a regulated stock exchange may not be advertised on FINDEX!

Findex is not an exchange it is a data center operating as BBS for illiquid securities. Since they also believe restricted transfer securities are falling under the definition they facilitate the placement of paper structured to circumvent, which is the reason they are getting some regulatory attention right now. Its info only, so carefull out there.

Its info only, so carefull out there. It will in theory let you list just about anything with an ISIN. But all I could find listed were bonds unless the other stuff is hidden somewhere. They are a Seychelles corp. but I can't figure out their revenue stream since all they do is provide information unless they are pushing their own securities portfolio out. I can see a problem with restricted shares but discounted off market and oddball stuff should be OK. There are brokers who do the same without transparency in grey markets. The lack of third party info aside from a YouTube video seems odd.
