Hello, yes as congregatio says both are complete different entities. First Cathedral Investment Bank being an investment bank does not hold client monies. But if both are part of the Cathedral Group you should actually contact someone within the bank or with whom you have dealt to help you out. Cathedral Group of companies that I can find are Cathedral Investment bank (obviously) which by the way is Owned by Edward Gier and Joseph Amundsen Cathedral Core Services Cathedral Financial Management Ltd (in the UK) Cathedral Financial Consultants ltd (not sure where but seem its also in the UK) By researching a little on the companies everything seems fine and the financial group looks solid, except someone else is also reporting having trouble: www.soyoffshore.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=275I guess you should contact someone in Cathedral Core or at the holding (or the bank) to sort this out with them. Finally this is a Financial forum not a complaints forum.

Who is to define what should or shouldn't be shared with its members? The administrators would be the ones to decide.

Dear alanbond, the list you are refering is a list of onshore banks, Cathedral Investment Bank is an offshore bank as described in the ministry of finance website, furhtermore the site you have provided seems its not legit: fsu.gov.dm/index.php/registered-entities/offshore-banksBy researching a little I do see that Cathedral Investment Bank does not have or manage any funds or stuff like that, they do solely investment banking, but for what I can see the group has several other companies that may in fact do fund managment: Cathedral Holding Cathedral Core Services Cathedral Investments Cathedral Group Cathedral Group (Holdings) I guess you need to review the contract that you have with them and touch that entity directly.

you have either to much patience with them or you have a problem following up with them. you need an experienced international financial legal counsel
