If you look Latino (Hispanic) and you reside in San Diego, border with Tijuana, your chances of getting in trouble due to profiling, are very high. Reason is, too much crime in the city of San Diego and the cops had enough complaints from citizens to warrant such actions. Mistakes happen once in a while. But, 2 out 100 cases will go wrong. The other 98 will be spot on.
