Today Bloomberg news announced that Venezuela owns 25% of the $70B issued bonds.
And, our sources say, they are in the process of recapturing another 15% by mid-March 2016.
This was mentioned to several investors and they did not believe me.

hm Latin America has more countries than Brazil and Venezuela, what about Surinam and Uruguay, also had good results in Ecuador and Peru and even Colombia. Really depends on the people you know.
