The securities regulators of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia have made amendments to the previously adopted ( www.canadiansecuritieslaw.com/2015/05/articles/securities-distribution-tradin/startup-crowdfunding-prospectus-and-registration-exemption-adopted-by-certain-csa-members/) start-up crowdfunding exemption blanket orders and corresponding start-up forms and guides (http://www.bcsc.bc.ca/For_Companies/Private_Placements/Crowdfunding/). The Amendments, effective June 30, 2016, reflect the new SEDAR filing requirements (http://www.mondaq.com/redirection.asp?article_id=508630&company_id=17&redirectaddress=http%3A//www.canadiansecuritieslaw.com/2016/05/articles/securities-distribution-tradin/csa-requires-certain-exempt-market-filings-to-be-made-on-sedar/) for exempt market filings that came into force earlier this year, as well as other changes of a housekeeping nature.
