Dear Foristi,
for the second time within a few weeks I was offered documents referring to this bank in Bazil.
It took less than thirty seconds to identify these documents as fake, so i have no trouble discarding them - and the guy who offered them.
What makes me curious - does the institure exist at all or is it completely fabricated?
Letter is too large tp upload, but interested parties can request it via PM any time.
Thanksalo!

So I'd better not take a BCL issued by that institute for serious?

I wouldn't accept them for anything without it, the IP is a godaddy and in the US, and registered to "Michael Waldrep", strange for a merchant bank in Brazil which would avoid anything which binds them to US laws or jurisdiction. May be I am to careful but it matters to me. www.ipglider.co/www.capitalmax.com
