they offered loans and no advance etc, first exchange of contracts was ok, still had the doubt due to the location, they wanted a face to face and accepted a local representative, once that was done they turned and said no, principals only allowed. We told them not going to happen, then they turned around and asked for account details and the lender bank would send a representative to us. With that came a bill for cost advance of 250000 USD, plus 75000 in travel expenses. The argument that no upfront fee were agreed Opoku said that its not an advance but cost for the embassy countersign. A simple call to the embassy showed that we were talking 50$ not more.
Be aware of the scam, sure we didn't fall for it but people should know.
