if it happens, Russia has solutions for this, I doubt they get caught with their pants down, beside old-style solutions there are plenty of other clearing solutions besides SWIFT, it could be ringing in the chance for an alternative for SWIFT because China and Russia have been working on that

My bet is, if Russia initiates the use of the program to replace SWIFT, the USA will hack the system within hours and the Russian banking system will be doomed.
