Credit Suisse is Switzerland's second largest banking conglomerate. The document presents presents 108 page Credit Suisse African analysis and investment strategy (or, as one of our sources states, "exploitation guide") for the bank's ultra-wealthy clients. The analysis of the African economy is accessible and important. It ranks countries by a number of criteria, including political risks, and explores the mining, oil, government infrastructure, agriculture, telecommunications, health care, finance and consumer goods sectors, listing 111 stocks with African exposure. The document has no ethical discrimination, listing tobacco industries and several mining companies with unenviable human rights records in an African context as suitable investment targets. The report is full of revealing statistics; for instance between 1990 and 2005 the percentage of African exports going to China soared from 1% to 15% of total. wikileaks.org/leak/credit-suisse-africa-commodity-warrant-2008.pdf
