I have received news that Moodys gave a rating of "CC" to the Central Bank of Nicaragua. Can anyone confirm this for me? Our group is in the process of obtaing Sovereign bonds issued by the Central Bank of Nicaragua and prior to today's news, I was under the impression they had a better rating than "CC". I thought it was "B".
