they used to do that anyway if they had a foreign address, guess they just moved the regulation

It amazes me of the tremendous amount of changes taking place with our ruluing authorities. Now, if anyone ever questioned why CEOs / CFOs / et al, are making tons of money in yearly salaries and bonuses, let me point to this case and to other cases, where this type of activity was the norm. Do you recall "Back-Dating" was okay in the past and suddenly, it became a criminal offense and captains of large corporation faced doing time in prison? Yes. We are worth every penny we make and now we are being hunted for trying to keep some of this money off the hands of these ruling authorities (after all, the steal the money they take away from us through a very confusing taxing rules).

we still do back dating and yes it is frowned upon thats why we have people who get fired etc... its all a game, since the days of the decline of the roman empire it has always been the greed of the ruling guys which pushed stealing under the mantel of public services, as always when people are on the top which never had a hard working honest job, the easy money corrupts them
