personally have banked with them, did find them slow in the uptake of business, seemed to have a competitiveness problem and I did not like their customer service. I doubt it gotten better.

Once this bank is taken over by a "Vulture Take-Over" entity, things should improve. I am sure your personal experience is something others have experienced too; which will make the take over declaration a piece of cake.

PS: Based on "Fitch" rating ("C") it means this bank life expectancy is questionable at best. Yes, this bank is honoring its current debt obligations, but no one knows for how long they will continue to do so.
