junk, any good lawyer will tell you that this is not going to bind anyone or do anything.

You are probably right in terms of its final "efficiency". But it serves another purpose: raising people's awareness about abuse in banking. Don't you think so? As to the definition of a good lawyer, that is widely a matter of perception and choice ...

A good lawyer a matter of perception? no agreement here but who cares, just think that this is controproductive, interesting but it will not get anything solved or should I say this could be a marketingjob?

It is not a matter of agreement or disagreement. Let's stick to facts and reality out there. Most so-called "skillful" lawyers are good at defending criminals and they become famous because of that.

1) Did anyone spot all the spelling errors found on the photo documents? I did.
2) I made contact with "Theresa Caputo" (Long Island Medium) and she said JFKennedy denied signing these documents. (joke).

Noor; about the lawyers your statement is very US Centric, as far as the facts, I have to say the cease and desist order works very freely with the truth and facts. Been on both sides of these documents and some can back with a chemical analysis showing color use which was in existence only 1969 while carrying much older dates. I have also heard about scams runing in the UK and Asia asking people to participate by fnding the lawsuit, as proof they present all ind of paperwork, so the suit has been terminated. A lot of inconsistencies!
As for the medium and the typo's (may be I should not say anything about typos because it is not my language) ............. I like to have a word with JFK myself, however m medium always gets his answering machine........

Hm, US centric? I could be, too, but I was referring to a southern European country as far as lawyers are concerned. I confess that I tend to trust prosecutors more than lawyers...but I will allow for exceptions, where enough positive proof is given. As for JFK, you find him on all sorts of lists, but, then it must be due to his special ties with Rome and ... I am sure UKIPA knows!

hm, prosecutors and criminal defense lawyers are maing up a very low percentage of attendants of law schools and prosecutors are political animals, they are not free to act but rely on instructions given from political bodies, seen many which did bend the law so far that no recognition of the real law was anywhere in sight. What you have here is a civil lawyer trying for a public image that is more likely either ruin him or make him the laughing stock of the community, its not the way to attract good paying clients.

Fair answer. I'll postpone additional remarks at the end of the universe...But if I were you I would keep an eye wide open on UKIPA investments in case they are inspired by the blondie Theresa Caputo...you never know, his losses may damage the reputation of your forum ;D
