I do not know any smart investor(s) who will obtain a SBLC or BG-- pay his or her bank the full value of the bank note (100%) and turn around and lease it to an unknown individual who will pay 4% of the face value plus 2% for street brokers (cyberspace cowboys). The risk of the bank note going into a black hole is real and smart investors won't risk their money (100% plus bank processing fees) for a few cents on the dollar.
If the deal stinks, something fishy is in there.....
