Any one here able to monetize funds at HSBC HK?

Is there any member of this blog able to place funds in deposit (US$1,800,000,000) at HSBC Hong Kong with a bank to bank block via SWIFT MT799?

I have a client and close friend who asked for I disagreeistance. Unfortunately, we do not monetize anything.
