About Us
ANENRO ISHIM International Foundation is an integrated synergetic mission that engages in economic & social activities in Latin American Countries. The Foundation was founded by its members with a strong commitment and strategy that focuses on humanitarian and social improvements, especially to fight against poverty, lack of education and the development of living standards. Thus, to establish intercultural communication platforms, to improve and upgrade primary education, to strengthen economic development in rural areas, to protect and support a sustainable environment, to improve private and public infrastructures and to establish logistical centers for labor market measures to reduce unemployment in these Latin American countries.
ANENRO ISHIM International Foundation follows a participatory strategy and an enterprise-synergizing approach where international expertise and funding are used for decades to train local manpower and executives achieving a level of understanding, practice, and leadership that can guarantee a continuing long-term success for future generations. The Foundation’s philosophy provides for a new mindset of leadership in the selected countries that will benefit people and their development.
Since the Foundation is a private independent institution, its board of directors and management team has been manned with ordinary women and men from various nations fully committed to the Foundation philosophy and its mission. The Foundation’s executives don’t seek public appreciation but are focused on the achievement of the mission goals and the successful accomplishment of the Foundation projects solely benefiting people with no geographical, racial, or religious barriers. Hence, the Foundation’s management team unifies all skills and expertise necessary to accomplish the overall mission. The Foundation follows a cohesive leadership that allows steering the team in one direction to guarantee fulfillment of its commitments and tasks. The Foundation doesn’t sell products nor raises public funds or donations. Therefore, it is the Foundation’s policy not to ask for donations from the public.
Name individual decision-makers and anchor people at the Foundation website for leveraging its attraction with the public.
The Foundation’s management is bound by the following main principles:
• Leadership is an action and not a position.
• Agree and commit; disagree and commit; disagree and dissociate, but do not agree in front of everyone; disagree in the heart and “step back”!
• When we make a commitment do the best that we can to meet or exceed our commitments!
• We believe in strong alignment of “Strategy” and “Tactics”: Strategy = Doing the right thing; Tactics = Doing things right!
ANENRO ISHIM International Foundation is not engaged in traditional public fundraising schemes or endeavors with private or corporate donors, nor does the Foundation benefits from public or private subsidies.
The Foundation uses its financial expertise with few selected and qualified sponsor partners creating a win-win situation for both parties in approved private placement bond funding setups and SPV structures with international financial institutions. Therefore, the Foundation is an independent institution accountable for its mission to neither public nor private funding parties nor donors; but solely to its understanding of a different world and its commitment and belief for all people who need its support within a sustainable generation mission philosophy. The Foundation only engages in its mission projects in selected Latin American countries with project funds available and being able to release non-bureaucratic commitments with immediate cash flows to be followed, always under control of
The Foundation’s treasury management and its trusted people monitoring the field operations and proper use of project funds allocated.
As a private institution with a non-traditional funding concept, the Foundation doesn’t publish accounting reports, balance sheets, administrative, country mission or single project activity budgets.
