Any investor in Mexico who has US$10M in a Mexican bank ?

Any investor in Mexico who has US$10M in a Mexican bank account (preferably 5 million dollars in the equivalent amount in Mexican pesos and 5 million dollars outside Mexico), would like to enter into a contract with the owner of these 50 Pesos Centenario Gold coins and receive US$11M worth of Centenarios as collateral plus US$7,800.00 every three weeks until the total amount of US$100M is paid as interest?

Qualified investor will meet the owner of the gold coins in Mexico City. If they agree to proceed, a contract is signed in front of a Mexican notary public. The investor deposits the 5 million dollars in the equivalent amount in Mexican pesos. The investor takes possession of the gold coins in 24 banking hours and then, before leaving with the gold coins, the investor wire transfers the balance of US$5M to the owner of the coins (at his U.S. bank account). Six weeks later, the payments (interest) will start and once the investor receives the total amount of US$100M (interest), will have the option to either return the coins in exchange for the initial US$10M and or the investor can keep the coins. But the end of this transaction gold should be at US$2400 per ounce. Which means, the coins who at this moment have a value of US$11M (total), will be valued at US$13M (total).
