If you have been assigned a PDVSA bond and it has not matured (yet), please contact: Robert Fisher at: ANENRO.MEMBER.SERVICES@PROTON.ME Our group is currently interested in servicing the monetization of these bonds. Maximum LTV will be 40%. Once the bond is monetized, a small portion of the monetization proceeds will be allocated to a PPP contract.

However, your document is outdated and you should refer to January 16, 2024 document, issued by the Department of The Treasury, Office of the Foreign Asset Control, in reference to Venezuela Sanctions Regulations, 31 CFR Part 591, General License No. 5N, that says the following: Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to the PetrĂ³leos de Venezuela, S.A. 2020 8.5 Percent Bond on or After April 16, 2024

thanks for the clarification, was wondering what your experience is, seems a lot of fake offers in the market Indeed there are a lot of fake offers out there. Especially with documents claiming a penny-less individual is holding billions of dollars in PDVSA bonds and can't pay for the transfer of the bond to our lending desk (hypothecation desk).
